Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Cleaning charged for less than 7 days stay
- A security deposit of $200 is also required and is payable at the time of paying the total holiday balance. The deposit will be refunded in fourteen days of your departure, subject to no damage being caused or items missing. During occupancy you will be expected to assume all reasonable responsibility for the safety and security of the property, and must treat the property its furniture, fixtures, fittings, utensils and other facilities in a manner that on your departure they remain in good condition. Any damage or loss must be reported to the management company as soon as possible.
The rental period commences at 4pm on the first day and finishes at 10am on the day of departure. (These times can be adjusted with the agreement of the owner)
The rental charge is inclusive of all electricity, water and local sales taxes. There is an extra weekly charge of $160 for the pool to be heated at your request.
