Condado Studio Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- An additional $25 per night per person fee applies for more than 2 guests. Childs under 12 free.
Security deposit $200.00.
Renters and visitors, must register with the security guard. No more than 4 people may occupy the apartment.
Reservation: To reserve your dates a security deposit of $200.00 (refundable) is required. An advance payment equal to 50% of the total rental rate is required 60 days before arrival. The final 50% of the total rent is due ten(10) days prior to your arrival date.
For reservation within the sixty (10) days reservation period, payment in full is required.
Payment is collected in the following manner:
Money orders, certified checks and credit cards are all acceptable by PayPal.
If a credit card is used, a cost of 2.99% transaction fee will be added.
If you want my apartment there is a short term lease that must be read/signed and returned to me by mail or fax with a copy of driver license or valid photo ID.
