Winter House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Max. (12) in beds..PEAK SEASON rates are $375/night or $2,500.00 per week for up to six people..Additional people over age 12 pay $30.00 per day..A boat is necessary as this is an island..You can bring your own boat or rent our 20 ft. Pontoon Boat for $125.00 per day or $700.00 per week.

No maid service.
Security deposit is required...
No Smoking facility.
We can sleep up to 16 people with 12 in beds and up to 4 additional people on sofas and air mattresses.. - TWO OFF PEAK SEASONS: May 1 up to Mem. Week-end and then again right after Labor Day and up through Nov. 1st.. Weekly rate is reduced to $2,000.00 and daily rate reduced to $300.00 for up to six people..Additional people over age 12 pay $30.00 per day.. Pontoon boat rate is reduced to $75 per day or $500 per week during our 'off peak' seasons..
Both our Spring and Fall Seasons are gorgeous and the rates are cheaper..Take advantage of our good fishing!!
