Here you will find the Peggy Guggenheim Collection, the famous Galleria dell'Accademia and a number of private Art galleries because this sestriere (that's how Venetians quarters are called) has always been the home of painters and various artists. In a sunny day it will be a marvelous experience to go walking down the Zattere along the Canale of Giudecca where you can find a lot of typical little restaurants for a quick lunch in the sun or enjoy an ice cream sitting in a 'caffè' on the water front and at the same time look at the Chiesa del Redentore built by Palladio. Going on walking along the water front you will reach the famous Chiesa della Salute with its famous paintings of the Old Masters. Then you can take a gondola (traghetto) cross the Grand Canal and reach San Marco Square in a few minutes.
