A one time charge for cleaning of $90.00 * will be charged unless the house cleaning requires additional time by the cleaning staff. Then an additional charge of $20 per hour will be collected from your deposit.
A $300 security deposit is required prior to check in.
Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11a.m.*
*Please request earlier or later check in or check out times prior to arrival. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. -
After checking our online availability calender please contact us for your reservation request. Please indicate how many people will be staying at Honu Kai, arrival and departure dates your e mail, phone number and address for contacting you. Within 24 hours you will receive your confirmation. You may pay by credit card such as AMEX, VISA or MC or check. A 1 night's deposit is due within 7 days after confirmation. Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. A one night's stay will be forfeited for cancellations within 60 days of arrival. Within 30 days of arrival no refund will be given unless the house is re-rented for the same time period.

Kapoho House Details
Additional rental space is available.: Our studio guest house across the street directly on a semi private cove of the Kapoho Tide pools may be rented separately or in conjunction with Honu Kai. This fully equiped studio called Hula Cove has a queen size bed and full kitchen and bath as well as flat screen tv with satellite dish. It is wired for your portable lap top as well. Built in the 70s this Hawaiiana cottage will have you playing the ukulele and snorkeling from the deck! Rates start at $159 per night.
