- The villa has 1 bedroom (conv. to 2). The second bedroom is setup as a family and has a queen size futon bed and a 42 in. plasma TV. The sofa in the living room is a queen size sofa bed. This is no ordinary sofa bed. The mattress is actually an 8 in. air mattress with a pillow top, which makes it extremely comfortable.
