Vacation Rental Amenities : We have fantastic views, (nighttime views of downtown Tucson)! Surrounded by Saguaro cactus and desert landscaping. We even have a watering hole that is maintained outside the fenced swimming pool area for wildlife viewing. Heated swimming pool and large jacuzzi type hot tub, outdoor shower, barbecue, pool table, large screen TV, fireplace,stereo system, phone, garage, dishwasher, microwave, range, oven, double shower heads in master bedroom bath, king sized bed with TV in Master bedroom, queen sized bed with TV in 2nd guest room and two twin beds in third bedroom. Great room is very large and open. Beautiful flagstone floors throughout. Carpeting in bedrooms and library. The kitchen, dining and great room are all one very large space (see photos). One wing has two bedrooms that share a bath and the other wing of the house has the master bedroom suite. The home is designed for the romantically inclined who would like to embrace the out of doors.
Activities and Attractions: Saguaro National Park West is the back yard neighbor to this fine home. A short trip away is the nature museum and zoo.
Vacation rental Description: 20 minutes from Tucson Airport, yet no airport noise. Quiet, spacious, elegant and serene, this home has everything for anyone who wants all the amenities, yet desires to be out of town. Excellent views all around on this 3+ acre estate. Private swimming pool and hot tub/jacuzzi. Total privacy, yet only 15 minutes to downtown and all Tucson shopping.
Golf: Golf is major in Tucson. All courses are easily reached. The gem show is a main attraction every year! Hiking (Saguaro National Park is right behind the home)horse back riding, motorcycling, desert museum is close by and just about any activity one can enjoy while in Arizona is available from this wonderful home.
