The Lodge at Mountain Village Condo Summary

Enjoy world-class skiing and snowboarding while staying in this newly renovated ski in, ski out condo at the base of Park City Mountain Resort. This condo is in a great location. Take the elevator down one floor, walk down the hallway and you are next to the lifts. Apres ski, walk to the various restaurants and shops in the base village or take a few minute bus ride to Historic Main Street for galleries, shops and restaurants. The condo is newly remodeled. The downstairs bedroom has a new king bed with a balcony and a private bath. A 32' flat screen completes the luxury. The living area has a new sofa sleeper, a full bathroom, and a 46' flat screen over the fireplace, The kitchen has new cherry cabinets with granite counter tops and back splash. New Stainless steel appliances complete this small but fully equipped kitchen. The balcony has an open view of the valley and of the ice skating rink. Upstairs we have a queen bed, private bath and a queen sofa sleeper and a flat screen w/DVD

The Lodge at Mountain Village Condo Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • 50% payment required within 7 days of confirmation. Balance is due 45 days before check-in. 50% payment is only refundable if cancelled more than 60 days in advance. Once balance is paid, it is non-refundable if cancelled within 45 days. 10.35 lodging tax is added to the total rental fee. We accept visa/MasterCard, personal checks and bank checks.

The Lodge at Mountain Village Condo Details

Building Facilities: The Lodge at Mountain Village has many fine features. Apres ski you can walk 10 steps down the hall to a hot tub. On the third floor ( about 40 steps), there is another hot tub overlooking the slopes. Our condo has entrances on both the second and third floor. An indoor/outdoor pool is also available for guests. A well equipped fitness center is located next to the pool. Ski lockers are also available upon request. A coin operated laundry is available across the hall on the third floor.

Housekeeping: There is no housekeeping fee for departure cleaning. However, daily housekeeping is only available at an additional charge. Check- in takes place on site at a front desk which is open 24 hours daily. This is a non-smoking unit.
