* All rents have to add a $60.00 cleaning fee. To book the property you need to pay a $200.00 non-refundable deposit and the rest of the payment should be made 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. A DAMAGE deposit of $200.00 is required upon check in. The deposit is not applied towards rent; however, it is fully REFUNDABLE within 1 day of departure, provided that NO DAMAGE is done to unit or it’s contents, beyond normal wear and tear. - Our goal is always to be the BEST option in Loiza.
