Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
If your reservation arrival is 90 days out or more and you cancel your reservation, a refund will be issued to you minus 1 day of your rental fee from refund. If your cancellation is between 89 and 59 days out, you will receive a 50% refund on your deposit. If your cancellation is 58 days or less prior to your arrival date we offer no refund of your deposit unless we are able to rebook your dates.
OCCUPANCY
Our home comfortably accommodates up to 6 persons. During your reservation process you will be required to list the number of people in your party. At no time can more than 6 people stay in the house unless prior permission has been granted.
DAMAGE/SECURITY DEPOSIT:
We do require a $300.00 USD fully refundable security/damage deposit. This deposit will be returned no more than 15 days after you depart, assuming no damage has been reported. Deductions for lost key - $50, Lost remote for TV, Xbox or A/C - $100. - Casa Paraiso sleeps a maximum of 6 people. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation should more than 6 people be resident in the property.
Liability:
Payment of your deposit is deemed as full and final acceptance of our Terms & Conditions of Booking.
As part of these booking conditions you are undertaking to indemnify the owners and agents of Casa Paraiso against any claim for liability for loss of personal property or belongings, personal injury or death or any claim whatsoever resulting from your residence on this property.
We advise that clients get vacation insurance, including full medical and repatriation insurance...its very inexpensive
Contract:
These Terms & Conditions form a Contract between the owners and the renters. This contract shall be construed and governed in all respects by US Law, all disputes arising relating to this contract shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the US.
