Manasota Key House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- An advance of 10% of total rental is due upon reservation.
A Damage/Reservation Deposit of $500 is required and due upon reservation. This deposit automatically converts to a Security/Damage Deposit and is not applied toward rent: however, it is fully refundable within 14 days of departure.
A 60 day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to arrival date will incur no penalty. - January 1st thru April 30th .....................................................$1600.00/week
May 1st thru September 30th ................................................$1350.00/week
October 1st thru December 31st ..........................................$1250.00/week
