Anaheim Townhome Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Cleaning Fee: For a light-cleaning will apply $100 fee. For a heavy-cleaning will apply $150 fee.

A deposit of $500 is required to hold your reservation. This money will be return within three (3) days from your departure date, upon inspection of the house. Any damage to the property will be subtracted from the deposit. We must, receive a personal check, money order or credit card payment for the deposit on the day of initial booking. Once it is received, your dates are officially reserved. The balance of the rental must be paid on the day of your arrival. Cash, Money Order or Cashier Check only.
No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason. Cancellations: Only within 30 days from initial booking are entitled to refunds.

Loosing the facilities electronic key (tennis court, pool and jacuzzi) will result in the charged of one hundred dollars (100) fee.
This is a non-smoking home. You are permitted to smoke outdoors on the patio. Butts are to be disposed properly and not left anywhere on the property. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $100.00 fine and if additional cleaning is necessary to remove smoke odors from the house and/or linens, costs will be subtracted from your deposit.
