Windsor Palms Condo Details
Rental Policies: All request are subject to space/ availability and can be made by Telephone, Fax or Email. Confirmation will be returned within 24 hours. All Properties are non- smoking and no pets allowed. Our Check-in time is 4.PM and Check out is 10.AM.An early Check-in or late Check-out prior arrangement $75 plus tax.
Deposit Requirement: One night deposit that is non-refundable is required and will be applied to the total amount due. The final payment is due 30 days before your arrival and is non- refundable at that point. The final payments will be billed to your credit card on file unless other payment arrangements have been made.
Other Fees and Faxes: There is a departure cleaning fee for any stay less than 5 nights - plus tax. All night rates are subject to state taxes. Refund and cancellation Policies. One night deposit is non- refundable. Cancellations must be in writing. Also, any cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will result in loss of deposits.
