It also has a den that has a curtain for a door (it doesn't have a window and so by code we can not close it off with a door) and that room has the bunk bed with a trundle plus another twin bed. There is also a pull-out sofa in the living room.

Walkability and transportation : The condo is located in a prime location with walking paths and bridges linking you to most of the major downtown attractions. There are walking/biking bridges taking you over the railroad tracks to Union Station, 16th Street Mall, Coors Field, ESPN Zone, Tattered Cover Bookstore, El Chapultepec jazz bar, Pepsi Center and more. In the other direction a walking/biking bridge takes you to Platte Street with the REI flagship store with a huge climbing wall, The Denver Aquarium, Elitch Gardens, Vitamin Cottage health food store, Sushi Sasa restaurant, a fresh spice shop plus more. Union Station, the hub of Denver's train, light rail and bus transportation system, is less than a 10 minute walk from the condo.

Parks, bike paths and dogs: There is a large grassy park right outside the building and it's perfect for a picnic, frisbee or a game of catch or a nice dog walk. There is also a bike path there that connects you to Denver's extensive bike path system with hundreds of miles of paved bike paths. Within 10 minutes you can walk to the country's largest public skate board park. There is lots of grassy area for dog walks and this is a very dog-friendly neighborhood and local restaurants allow dogs to be tied up right next to the outdoor dining area and they are happy to bring a bowl of water for our 4-footed friends.
