Common Use: Please note that this is the bottom unit of a two-unit split-level home. NOTE: the top unit is (as of early-2008) again available as a vacation rental. See Property ID 178532 for more details. A $50/night discount applies to those renting both units. FYI, the owners - a friendly young(ish!) couple – live in a third unit in the back, for a total of 3 units on the property. The tiki bar, hot tub, a common-use grill, and laundry facility is available to all occupants of the property, while a section of the slate terrace - including a set of table and chairs and an additional BBQ grill - is dedicated for the bottom unit guest's exclusive use.
