Quiet, pristine forest surround the vacation chalet at Stillwaters. Nestled on a ridge overlooking Soldotna Creek, the chalet has a magnificent view of the snow-covered Kenai Mountains. In the meadow below the salmon spawning stream meanders on its way to the famous Kenai River only minutes away. The completely furnished suite has a full kitchen, living area with DVD, laundry facilities, shower and Jacuzzi. The upper deluxe suite sleeps four people comfortably, with a Master bedroom in the loft and a Jacuzzi Air-Jet Tub. Downstairs bathroom has a shower.

Stillwaters Chalet is located in Soldotna, Alaska, a favorite destination for both Alaskans and our visitors from all over the world. Noted for its world-class fishing in the famous Kenai River, where King Salmon, Sock-eye and Co-Ho Salmon are caught in abundance. Also the gateway to other fisheries - including World-Class Halibut fishing charters. There is much to do here on the Kenai Peninsula besides fishing. Hiking and biking trails may be found in abundance in the area. Beach combers find delightful treasures along the many public beaches. With our abundance of wild animals, there is no need to go somewhere special to view wildlife. Just keep your eyes open to see birds, moose, bear, caribou and other quaint Alaskan wildlife.

Soldotna Chalet Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Units are cleaned by request only.
  • The Deluxe studio suite rates are based on double occupancy. Daily rentals are $250 / Weekly Rentals $1500 (seven nights with one free night's stay) Monthly rentals $5500 (four weeks with 6 free night's stay - not available in July). Additional persons are $25 per person, per night.
  • Cleaning upon request: Upper Deluxe Unit $50/day.

  • The Deluxe Suite is a complete studio apartment with kitchen, living room and bath and laundry facilities. The loft is a beautiful Master Bedroom with King Size bed and corner Jacuzzi Jet-Air Tub. The King Size Beds can be easily changed into 4 extra long twin beds. Main level next to the bed(s) is a double vanity sink with large mirror, and the bathroom has a quaint round shower. The kitchen is completely furnished with tableware and cookware for those who enjoy dining in the privacy of their lovely vacation rental. The many-windowed front opens onto a beautiful wooden deck for outdoor dining or lounging. And for the convenience of our guests, the unit also has a washer/dryer combo.

Notes: The deluxe suite has a beautiful view with the many windows facing toward the Kenai Mountain range. It is two levels, with a magnificent master bedroom suite in the loft. The master bedroom has a lovely Jacuzzi Air-Jetted Tub where one can relax and enjoy the spectacular view. Prices quoted are for double occupancy. Extra guests are $25 per person, per day. Off-season, September through April, our winter rates are half the price of our busy summer tourist season prices for daily and weekly rentals. Monthly rental for this beautiful Alaskan suite is only $1500 during our winter season. A great place to get away to during our beautiful winter months - whether for snow-machining (mobiling), cross-country skiing, snow-shoeing expeditions, or even just to get away for a relaxing stay in our quiet chalets. Location and Setting: Within the city limits of Soldotna, Stillwaters Chalets is set in a quiet, pristine forest background, nestled on a ridge overlooking Soldotna Creek. This salmon spawning stream meanders on its way to the famous Kenai River only minutes away. Beyond the creek is a lovely meadow with moose trails criss-crossing, and beyond the meadow is more forest up to the beautiful Kenai Mountain Range in the distance. Locating us is easy, as Stillwaters property borders the Sterling Highway just inside the city limits of Soldotna, yet with the feeling of absolute privacy and solitude. This is truly a dream come true vacation destination.
