Stroll on the beach, just a half block away or take an early morning bike ride on the boardwalk before heading out for a day of San Diego sightseeing. Most tourist destinations such as Sea World, the Zoo and Balboa Park, The Gas Lamp District, The Embarcadero and Maritime museums, SeaPort Village, Point Loma, La Jolla and Old Town are all within 3-8 miles. In the evening, return to catch the sunset and maybe a glimpse of the green flash while preparing dinner on the new gas grill. Enjoy San Diego's fine weather!

Law Street is a quiet residential street that ends in a green park which overlooks the wide white-sand beach below. It's a very popular location for surfing. There is a ramp for access to the beach and restrooms in the park area. It is about 6 blocks North of the main street of Pacific Beach which has a variety of seafood, sushi and ethnic restaurants, bars and nightclubs. It's just three miles from La Jolla and about 7-8 miles to the downtown GasLamp area and the Zoo. Two miles from SeaWorld and three miles from Old Town.

Quiet Upscale Residential Neighborhood: Unlike Mission Beach and around Garnet and the Crystal Pier area, this is a quiet, upscale residential neighborhood. We do not rent to people who want to party, drink and disturb others. This is a family place. Starting Jan 1, 2008 there is no alcoholic beverages allowed on any San Diego beaches or city parks. Also, starting Jan 1, 2008, tenants and owners can be fined up to $1000 for disturbing the peace.
