We will take two night weekend stays at the last minute but a slightly reduced cleaning/laundry fee still applies.

Credit card number accepted in lieu of $500 security deposit (like renting a car). - Cancellation policy- Reservation deposit minus a $50 handling fee refundable up to 30 days prior to your check-in. Within 30 days we will refund what we can rebook and we are quit good at that.

Quiet Upscale Residential Neighborhood: Unlike Mission Beach and around Garnet and the Crystal Pier area, this is a quiet, upscale residential neighborhood. We do not rent to people who want to party, drink and disturb others. This is a family place. Starting Jan 1, 2008 there is no alcoholic beverages allowed on any San Diego beaches or city parks. Also, starting Jan 1, 2008, tenants and owners can be fined up to $1000 for disturbing the peace.
