• Payment : Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount are specifically agreed in advance with the owner's rates in US funds. We require total amount due upfront to secure the rental along with a refundable security deposit. Deposit is returned 10 days after departure, unless damage has occurred or excessive cleaning is required. The remaining 50% balance is due seventy-two hours (72) prior to your arrival date.
  A via cleaning fee $ 110 will be charged . if cancellation occurs with less than a 30 days advance notice. the guest will receive 50% of the total amount No refunds 15 days or less prior to rental.
  Cashier Checks or money orders are acceptable. The Hotel will provide room services and Maid services for an extra charge.( At your own expense.) As well for the use of the telephone to make local call.
  we do not accept reservations from anyone under 21 must show valid ID upon check-in at front desk.
• *** Rental Period for Weekly Stays is 6 night's*** CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT : Check-in time is 3:00pm
  and check-out time is 11:00am. You will need to check-in and check-out at front desk and identify yourself as
  the guest of the apartment 1608 we ask that observe this strictly as this gives us only 4 hours to get the
  apartment ready for our next guest. There will be a $ 100.00 penalty fee minimun deducted from your refundable security
  deposit for a late stay fee that has not been previously approved by the condo/suite owner.
