This home offers a perfect setup for the couple that wants to spend time alone OR the family that wants to spend time together. If home is rented as a 1 bedroom, sleeping 2, there will be access to the first floor of the home. If you rent this home as a 3 bedroom, you will have access to bedrooms #2 and #3 also. Whether you choose to rent it as a 1 bedroom or a 3 bedroom, you will be the only family there at that time. 10% discount for rental as 1 BR.
