Pacific Beach!: Pacific Beach is a fun, upbeat beach town offering something for everyone....awesome Ocean and Bay beaches (including kayaking, boogie-boarding (we have the boards at our Vacation House waiting for you), surfing, and sailing), local shopping and dining, and a fun selection of pubs and micro-breweries with live music. (Take those surfing lessons you've always dreamed about!!!) Families can also enjoy Pacific Beach's beautiful Kate Sessions Park with an amazing view of the City of San Diego and the Pacific Ocean. Kate Sessions Park also features a full playground for the kids and canyon hiking for the entire family. (And, its a short walk from our Vacation House!)
Windansea Beach/La Jolla less than 5 minutes away!: Windansea Beach is a short 5 minute drive from our Vacation House. It offers great surfing as well as amazing tide pools. Check out the starfish, sea anemone and crabs when the tide is low. La Jolla Village is just up the street another half-mile. Quaint twinkle-lite lit streets lined with boutiques and retail shopping, as well as dining and nightlife. La Jolla also offers the Museum of Contemporary Art and the La Jolla Playhouse!
Other Activities: Boogie-Boards are in the closet waiting for you to use.
