Cancellation policy: half the rent is due upon making your reservation. The balance is due upon arrival. If you cancel and the house is re-rented, there is a $50.00 fee. If you cancel and the house is not re-rented, half of the rent is non-refundable - Other fees: daily and monthly rates available, fees increase during the ski season.
