Lots to Do!!!: This property is perfectly situated in the West Valley. Close to all the professional sports facililties. Golf galore, 10 golf courses with in a 15 minute drive. White Tank Regional Park, with its miles of hiking trails, is a short 15 minute drive. Calela's Outdoor store is 5 miles away, next to the City of Glendale's Westgate Power center.
Spring Training: This property is perfectly located to all the west valley Spring Training Facilities. Most within 20 minutes drive.
Glendale Sports Facilities: The home of the 2008 Super Bowl, the University of Phoenix Stadium is about 10 minutes away. Close by is also the Coyotes Arena and Cabela's Outdoor Store.
Golf: Golf Galore, the west valley is home to a wide variety of golf resorts. Many have golf specials during certain times of the year. The Wigwam Golf Club is the 'Crown Jewel' of the west valley. It has 36 holes of championship golf. This resort is less than 5 minutes away. You'll find at least 10 golf courses within 20 a minutes drive.
