Balance due payments are quoted at rate that includes 3% discount for payment of balance by personal check, money order or cashiers check. No discount with credit card payments . -A non refundable deposit of one nights accommodation required at booking for reservations less than 14 days duration -A non refundable deposit of one weeks accommodation required at booking for reservations exceeding 14 days. -A $100.00 per pet fee is required for pre-approved pets. - All premises are NON-SMOKING. Smoking permitted on outside patios only. Violations of this policy result in forfeiture of entire deposit/ rental cost with immediate departure of entire rental party. -see personal website for cancellation policy.
