A charming cottage surrounded by palm trees swaying in the breeze with all the conveniences of home and near all major attractions. Light and bright with many windows and faux French doors. Fabulous front porch for hearing the surf and large backyard with deck for barbecuing.

Neighborhood home behind the seawall, walking distance to beach, five restaurants and two ice cream parlors. Enjoy the proximity to the beach without the traffic noise on seawall. Five minutes to the Strand, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn, East Beach and all the wonderful attractions Galveston has to offer. Convenient location to all attractions, restaurants, theater and beach. Fireworks on the Fourth of July and at Mardi Gras are enjoyed from the comfort of the front porch . The home has been thoroughly restored and updated. Soft pastel colors accentuate the bead board ceilings and crown molding throughout the home. 1920's antique furniture from Guatemala called the Coronado in the living and dining rooms and the many palm trees on the property gave the cottage its name. The new ultra suede sofa bed and large easy chairs add comfort to the living area. The many decorative pieces are items from the owners travels throughout the world, including the pacific sailfish.
