You’ll love the tropical atmosphere of Perico and Anna Maria Islands and it’s just a short drive to the mainland of Sarasota or Bradenton to enjoy world class shopping facilities, golf courses, restaurants, cinemas, museums, or to visit the world famous opera house of Sarasota, the Van Wezel Hall. This exceptional Villa on the lake is located on Spoonbill Landings Circle and has a fabulous view of sunrises from the glass enclosed & climate controlled Lanai or the open air deck.

The 1,482 square foot villa features cathedral ceilings and all furnishings are brand new. There is a queen size bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom, plus a queen size Futon on the lanai. If you’re a golfer and/or beach lover, both are nearby. There is a lap pool (heated) at the club house plus a neighborhood pool (heated) and spa overlooking the lake. Shuffleboard, horseshoe courts and lighted tennis courts are also available at the clubhouse.

From Villa Guest Book: Christmas 2007 Dear Pat & Karl, Time flies, 10 wonderful weeks are over and we have to return to good (c)old Germany. At the end of our vacation we would like to thank you for having accepted us as your first tenants at the “Spoonbill Villa Palace”! We enjoyed ourselves very much and will never forget our breakfasts in the sun with otters, ospreys, herons and other wildlife as our companions or the evening breezes outside on the deck overlooking the water while the moon was rising. We’d also like to tell you how impressed and pleased we were with how fairly you treated us, right from our very 1st contact with you! Each question was answered fast and satisfactorily so that we always felt very well “pampered’, even though you were so many miles away. You have provided everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We've been vacationing in Perico Bay Club during the months of February and March for the past 10 years. We've stayed in a few different condos/villa during that time, and I must say that your villa is the best we've ever rented. Also, doing business with you has been a pleasure. Renting over the Internet can be a challenge, but you've always been prompt with your responses and have clarified everything we needed to know.
