For our loyal 'Repeat Clients', we offer the following benefits: --- a fifty-dollar deposit will hold the following year's week...many of our 'Repeat Clients' have laid claim to the same week each year --- 'Repeat Clients' will receive at least a 10% discount off of the next year's posted rental fee plus an additional 2% discount for any direct referral of a new tenant
