I own the unit and I live in Las Vegas. I rent it out just to cover my expenses. I try to make this very simple for both of us. My rates are probably the lowest you will find for a Luxury Strip Property. The Signature Hotel rents out this exact unit for $400 to $600 per night. By me renting it directly to you we both save money and you get a great deal. I hope you enjoy it and tell a few friends about it. Escape to your private retreat while enjoying all the Las Vegas Strip has to offer. The signature hotel/condo sets a new standard for all resorts in Las Vegas. It is luxury living at its best. The suite has deluxe king beds, whirlpool tubs in bathrooms, flatscreen TVs, full kitchen and flat screen TVs. Also enjoy the the Hotel's amenities such as: luxury lounge, deli, pool, fitness center, Starbucks coffee and business center.
