- $1275.00 Weekly Rental rate during Peak Season, (which includes the $75.00 cleaning fee.)
- * ONLY WEEKLY RENTALS DURING PEAK SEASON.
* $200.00 security deposit + plus the first $200.00 of rent to hold reservation. (total $400.00)
* A signed rental agreement is required.
* Balance of rental fee is due 3 weeks prior to stay.
* Cancellation with less than 2 week notice, if changing date to stay, funds will be applied to new date. If no other date is chosen deposit is not refunded.
* Security deposit refunded with in 2 weeks of your stay after inventory of property is taken.
* Check-in is 3 p.m. Saturday afternoon and Check-out is 11 a.m. Saturday morning.
* Cleaning fee of $75.00 is applied to All Renters for the entire stay.
* During Peak Season weekly rentals only please (Saturday to Saturday rentals only please.)
** Pet are considered on a cases to cases basis (Fully Trained ONLY) and there is a $35.00 fee for any pets allowed on the property With Approval Only. (Sorry No Cats.)
* Daily Rental will be considered on a case to case basis if available - * To hold a date and rent our home, you must fill out a rental contract and send your security deposit of $400.00 to hold your date, with your contract filled out completely. The remaining balance is due 3 weeks prior to your stay.
* This is a None - Smoking Home Only, you may smoke outside and are responsible for the clean up your cigarette butts.
* If approved to bring your dog along you are totally responsible for all the cleanup of your pet inside and outside of the home, your pet is to be fully supervised at all times.
