The Bailey Island Beach cottage is located on 2 acres within the Cedar Beach neighborhood. The property is secluded with beautiful grounds and a private swimming pool. The deck looks out on Casco Bay and the islands. Very easy walk to Cedar Beach-where activities such as sun bathing, kayaking, and swimming can be enjoyed! This home is great for larger groups: master suite on the first floor with sliding glass doors out onto the tiered deck. Second bedroom on the first floor. The third bedroom upstairs has plenty of room for overflow! The guest sleeping upstairs will enjoy spectacular views of the ocean and islands of Casco Bay.
