you will find 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, kitchen, great room and utility room. All fully equipped for your comfort and
convenience. MAGIC SAND has double french doors that open to a 46' veranda overlooking the beautiful turquoise waters of the Atlantic Ocean from the master bedroom and the Great room. MAGIC SAND sports an oceanfront TIKI hut which is half thatched covered for shade and half open for the sun worshipers among us.

Double Bay is a private development located 6 miles from the settlement of Palmetto Point just off the Queens Highway. Palmetto Point has numerous small grocery stores, service stations and restaurants. Going North toward the Airport is Governors Harbour and Cupids Cay. Here you will find more restaurants, banks, liquor stores, movie theaters and on Cupids Cay 'Ronnys Bar' . There are gift shops here and several really good restaurants plus a bakery.
