Standard Non-Holiday Rate: Mid- Sept: $600 per night, 3 night min. October - March: Friday at 10 a.m. to Sunday at 5 p.m. ~ $600 per night for the main house, 2 night min. Third night is 25% off, fourth night is 50% off. With Main House Rental: Adjacent Apartments (described below) available beginning at $450 for 2 nights per apartment. Without main house rental, add $200 per apartment October through March. Non-Holiday Weekday Rates: 10% discount Monday through Thursday, without weekend rental.
Retreats & Reunions: In addition to the main house, 2 adjacent apartments are available. Apt A sleeps 17 in 5 bedrooms with 1.5 baths, Apt B sleeps 12 in 3 bedrooms with 2.5 baths. All bedrooms are nice dorm style rooms with bunkbeds. Both apartments have full kitchens (no dishwashers) & cable TV in the family rooms. A shared courtyard with patio furniture & gas grill is available for your use. Both apartments have fans in the bedrooms & living rooms, but no air conditioning.

A is under the main house (like an above ground basement apt) & sleeps 16 in 5 BRs with 1.5 baths, a full eat in kitchen, & a large LR. Apt. B is the first floor of the adjacent addition & sleeps 12 in 3 BRs with 2.5 baths, a small full kitchen and a bright living/dining room. All BRs are nice dorm style rooms with bunkbeds, except 1 has a double & 1 has a queen futon bunk. Both apts. are completely renovated & nicely decorated with cable TV in the LRs & 1 or more BRs. The apts. have fans in all living areas but no ac or dishwashers. A spacious courtyard with nice patio furniture (seating for 20+) connects the entrances to the apts. A gas grill, 2 enclosed outside showers & enclosed ext. W/D shared by apts. Parking: 3 for Main, 1 per apt.
