Condo B sleeps 5 in 2 bedrooms with 1.5 baths. An efficiency sleeps 4 with a kitchenette. All units are air conditioned with cable tv, a dvd player & wifi. A fabulous courtyard, reminiscent of a French Cafe, is shared by the condos & is fully enclosed with lattice-work, has lovely wrought iron furniture & seating for 40 with beautiful potted flowers, pretty hanging baskets, & small white lights. Gas grill & washer/dryer shared by the condos & efficiency. Includes off-street parking (A: 2, B:1) & 2-6 beach tags, depending on the unit.

- 3 bathrooms, all beautifully decorated, freshly painted & recently updated! 1st Floor: Beautiful Victorian style full bath with corner shower, vanity, beautiful art work & antique mirror. Adjacent to family room which can be an 8th bedroom for 1 person. 2nd Fl: Completely updated with pedestal sink, large shower, & antique medicine cabinet, located in the hall. Each bedroom on the second floor has a sink. 3rd Fl: Completely renovated, deluxe, tiled master bath with jetted over-sized jacuzzi for two, a brand new tiled shower & lovely pedestal sink, located in the master suite. We plan to add a powder room on the third floor in the winter of 2010. We have 2 nice, lighted outside showers with private dressing rooms, shared with our other units.These showers are fully enclosed, each with a private dressing area and a large common area to dry & change children. You are welcome to use these during your stay & also late on your departure date if you go to the beach!

Located on the beach block of 5th & Atlantic, this property has 4 adjacent rental units with private entrances. The main house is the featured 7 BR Victorian. Condo A is under the main house & sleeps 12 in 4 bedrooms with 1.5 baths, a full kitchen, DR & large LR. For 2010, Condo A is being renovated & will have a new kitchen & dishwasher, full 'handicap friendly' bath, & a tavern-style dining room. Condo B is the 1st floor of the addition & sleeps 5 in 2 BRs with 1.5 baths, a small full kitchen (no dishwasher), a bright living/dining room. Condo C is an efficiency & sleeps 4 with a full bath & kitchenette. Our beautiful, enclosed courtyard with lots of flowers, seating for 40, & gas grill is shared by the condos. Also shared: 2 fully enclosed exterior showers & a w/d. Parking: 2 each for Main & Condo A, 1 each for Condos B & C.
