There is a direct view out over the family pool and hot tub spa, from the fully equipped kitchen. Ginger & Palm Suite L109 is larger than 2,800 square feet in total including all indoor rooms and the covered outdoor terrace. Beach Access: Walk down slope from the 'Penthouse building' past the lovely cascading waterfall and beautifully planted gardens approximately one block to Wailea Beach and the Adult Pool & Spa and Wailea Beach, where you can snorkel, swim, scuba dive, kayak and sometimes boogie board or surf when the waves are up!

Pool and Jacuzzi: From the terrace and great room of Ginger & Palm villa you look out over the family pool and spa. A second pool for adults with a natural free-form lava rock encircled whirlpool spa is just a short stroll downslope towards Wailea Beach. Both pools have attendants for help with towels and other services. There are two open-air star-lit free-form lava rock encircled whirlpool hot tubs within the lushly landscaped grounds outdoors, including one just steps from your private elevator.

Villa Specific Disclosures: L109 Ginger & Palm is located near the family pool. The sounds of children playing may be audible during the hours that the pool is open. Depending on the time of year, the family pool can be a fairly active area.
