Holiday Rates:
$450 to $500 per Night---Weekly Rate: $3,000.00.
Rental contracts are required and will be E-mailed after Deposit or Money is Received.
Cancellation fees are as follows:
$100.00 cancellation Fee will be charged at all times.
60 days or more prior to arrival all money(except cancellation fee) will be Refunded.
45 days prior to arrival -- 1/2 money Refunded.
30 days or less - all monies forfeited.
Until confirmed, All rates are subject to change without notice. -
A Refundable Security Deposit of $500.00 is required for Nightly rentals or $900.00 for Weekly rentals at time of booking with full payment 60 days due prior to arrival.$300.00 non-refundable cleaning fee will be charged.
$150 Non refundable Pet cleaning fee. No exceptions.
All rates are Plus Cleaning Fee and Refundable Security Deposit.
Rentals are from 4PM, check-in time--to 12PM, checkout time.
All rental monies including deposits must be received 60 days prior to occupancy of unit or immediately if less than 60 days prior to arrival. Rental Contracts are required and will be emailed to tenant after payment is received. We Accept Visa and MasterCard, ATM card with Visa or Mastercard logo, Cashiers Checks and Money orders. Rental will not be booked until Money is Received. (No Cashiers checks or Money Orders accepted from Overseas clients).
Cancellation fees are as follows:
