Cancellations more than 60 days out will forfeit the $1000 deposit.
Cancellations received less than 60 days before stay will forfeit the deposit and 50% of rental fee.
Cancellations less than 30 days out will forfeit all monies paid unless the requested dates can be filled. In this case the deposit would be forfeited. - $CDN 3,500 - 5,000 per week
