Or checks can be mailed directly to our property manager in Arizona, address given on request.
50% deposit due at time of booking in addition to a $100 cleaning fee and a fully refundable $250 security deposit, full balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Full refund provided up to 30 days before arrival, 50% refund 8-29 days prior to arrival, no refund 7 days prior to arrival - all refunds less $25 processing fee. - Cleaning fee is per week, can negotiate on longer rental periods. Cost includes all utilities and taxes. Sorry we do not accept American Express
