This oceanfront condominium is located on the 11th floor with panoramic views. The location of the unit is perfect for enjoying fireworks as they explode at the height of your balcony. You can also enjoy being at eye level with the seagulls and pelicans as they fly by. All of this can be seen while relaxing on your balcony or on the comfortable sofas while watching the big screen 32' HD-TV. Be sure to bring your camera for these breathtaking views. The kitchen is well equipped and bright with new cabinets, appliances, ceramic tile floors and dining furniture. There is one bedroom with a private bath. The living room has two new queen sleeper sofas . There is also a large dining area. The best part is that there are two full bathrooms. Rare to most condos is the washer and dryer. By December 15th this unit will be completely renovated from top to bottom. I am showing you a picture of the unit now, as is, and one of what it will look like after renovation.

Notes: The master bedroom has a king size bed. There is a TV, DVD player and stereo. There is also a ceiling fan. The room has a full bath attached. There is another full bath in the hallway. There is also a washer and dryer in the hall closet. The living area has 2 queen sleeper sofas with a dresser for storing clothes. It also has a 32' HDTV and DVD/CD player with surround sound. The kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances and whatever you need to make that special dinner. Keep in mind that everything in this unit is new. We have remodeled and replaced everything. The beach decor will make you feel like you are at a tropical paradise. To top it off, the view from the balcony will complete your perfect vacation. The balcony is perfect for enjoying that morning cup of coffee while watching the dolphins swim by. In the evening, fireworks can be seen all the way up and down the beach. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants in the Garden City area.

Photos: The attached photos of the views and exterior and interior of the building are accurate. The renovations were completed as of 1/6/08. This unit will be much nicer than most in the area, due to all of the upgrades. We want you to feel at home when you come to stay at our place. We hope to give you 'heaven right here on earth'!
