Tucked away from the main home is a separate home featuring one bedroom, one bath, full kitchen and living area. This home may be added to the rental for an additional $700 per week. - A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of your reservation. The final 50% is payable 30 days prior to arrival. If booking is made within the 30 day period, the full amount is due immediately. CANCELLATION POLICY: All deposits are non-refundable. If medical reasons or a death in the family prevent the guest(s) from traveling, all monies on deposit will remain on account for a period of one year allowing the guests to re-book at a future date. Future rentals may or may not be of the same value depending on availability and season.
