A Security Deposit of $500 is required. Refundable after it is verified that the terms and conditions of the rental agreement were met. There is a cleaning fee of 125.00(Non-Refundable). 50% of rental fees are required at booking and the balance is required (15) days prior to arrival. If booking is made less than (30) days prior to arrival then total amount is due and payable at time of booking. Payment methods accepted are credit/debit card, PayPal, checks, cashier check and money order. (All forms of checks/money orders only accepted if received (30) days prior to arrival)
Cancellation Policy: All Deposits/Payments Non-Refundable Unless Given 30 Days Notice Or Dates Are Re-Booked. -
No Smoking Allowed Inside Property
Weekly rate is for 8 days and 7 nights. Check- in time 3PM on day of arrival and Check- out time is 12pm on day of departure. Please contact us if other arrangements are requested.
