The villa is located just 100 yards or a 1 - 2 minute stroll to your private beach access. Our seasonally heated swimming pool is just 50 steps. Relax on your huge private porch just of the owners suite! This hideaway is nestled Between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Call today and plan the family vacation you deserve at Magnolia By The Sea at Seacrest Beach. Living Room Includes Hardwood floors Queen sleeper sofa 27 inch T.V. with digital cable and, DVD player. Kitchen Includes: All Jen Air appliances Granite counter tops Hardwood floors Cookware and table setting for 8 guests Washer and dryer in utility room Bedrooms Include: Two owners suites with one having a king size bed and the other a queen size bed. Each bedroom has it's on private bath. Each suite also has a 19 inch T.V. with digital cable The third bedroom has bunk beds and a 19 inch T.V. with digital cable.
