Home sleeps six to seven persons with tent camping possibilities for several children. The home consists of kitchen, leisure room with pull-out couch, bathroom with shower, living room with cable TV and DVD player, 2 bedrooms upstairs, and a screened-in porch with table and chairs for evening get-togethers. There is also a washer and dryer within the premises. The Chippewa River is just across the road and can be used for canoe trips, boating, wading and picnicing. There is a boat and canoe launch area within 1/4 mile from the residence. The property is within an easy 12 to 20 mile drive to local towns, lakes, parks and trails and is within a 90-minute ride to the Minneapolis and St. Paul area.
