Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 9% NH meals and lodging tax is added to fees, cleaning fee is included.
- We do allow pets with an additional $50 pet fee / per visit.
Our weekend rate covers occupation from Friday check in at 3 through to Sunday check out at 11am.
Our weekly rental rate covers occupation from Sunday check in at 3pm through to the following Sunday check out at 11am.
Our Monthly rental rate covers occupation from The closest Sunday to the first of the month (check in at 3pm) through to the closest Sunday at the end of the month (check out at 11am). We can negotiate final dates when it gets closer to the time period depending on occupation of the surrounding days.
Additional nights for long weekend or extra nights added onto a weekly rental are $150.00 per night. - We require advance payment of 50% made with certified check sent to New Hampshire bank account. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your rental. Upon receipt of this, reservation confirmation and rental contract will be sent to you via email. We then require a signed contract and refundable security/damage deposit of $200 to be sent to our Toronto address. The balance of payment are required two weeks prior to your rental period. You will be sent the key lock box code upon receipt of this payment.

- Bedrooms located on the mezzanine are simple and cozy. They each have a bed or two (in the twin room), lamp light and a side table for each sleeper, a dresser and some clothes hanging area. For your comfort, we have just updated the bedding to luxury hotel style bedding.
