Upper Level - Master bedroom (king bed with attached full bath and double sinks), 2nd bedroom w/Queen bed, 3 rd bedroom w/2 sets of bunk beds and a full bath in hallway that these two bedrooms share. Lower Level – 4th bedroom with queen bed, recreation room with play area/huge sectional couch w/queen sleeper, TV, PlayStation 2, fireplace and a desk with computer/fax/laser printer/ wireless high speed Internet plus a full bath.
Other amenities and upgrades include: * Gourmet kitchen with knotty Alder cabinets, slab granite counters and new stainless steel appliances * Hardwood floors throughout the great room, kitchen and dining area * Dining table with seating for six to eight plus seating for two at the kitchen island * Large 6 person private hot tub off of the dining room that backs to open space * New washer and dryer on the main level * Master bedroom with king bed and master bath has double sinks, tile counters, Jacuzzi tub with separate shower and a private deck off of the master suite * All bedrooms (except the bunk bed “dorm style” bedroom) have Tvs and high quality memory foam mattress toppers.
