Humacao House Summary

Our tropical home is located at the most exclusive club community in the Caribbean. Palmas del Mar is composed of 2700 acres of land designed to make your live stress free with all the conveniences of a planned community. You will find restaurants, golf course, tennis courts, clear water beaches, gym, school, swimming pool, an Equestrian Center, and a Marina. You can also go scuba diving or snorkeling, or eat fresh caught fish cooked next to the Marina. The house is completely furnished, has TV with cable and has air conditioner in all the rooms. The kitchen has all the appliances including microwave and dishwasher. The house also has washer and dryer. If your stay is for business purposes we are located near major pharmaceuticals and biotechnology sites like: Janssen (Gurabo), Amgen(Juncos), McNeil(Las Piedras), Pfizer(Caguas), and Warner Chilcott(Fajardo) among others.
