This fabulous ground level one bedroom unit has been recently remodeled. Walk out your lanai and in just 23 steps you will have your toes in the gentle soft sand of beautiful Sugar Beach. You may choose to lounge in the oceanfront pool to catch some rays or sip your morning coffee on your lanai while watching whales go by. Either way you won't be disappointed. There is a great reef close by for snorkeling and swimming with the turtles. The evenings bring gorgeous sunsets! You can walk for miles each way on our unpopulated beach just listening to the waves against the sand. Inside you will find a bright new fully-equipped kitchen, a walk-in shower, a comfortable California-king bed and a queen sofa bed. For your comfort there is Air Conditioning, large ceiling fans, TV, VCR, telephone, linens, towels. There is a coin operated facility just outside your door. Next door, there is a general store and a quaint pub/restaurants... the best Mai Tai's!
