Lake Naomi - Poconos Pines Chalet Details
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT/PAYMENT/SECURITY DEPOSIT: Check In: 3pm Check Out: 1:00 pm for the Winter season, and 11:00 am for the Summer season. Payment Policies: 50% of the total amount is due at the signing of the lease. This includes security and cleaning deposit. The balance is due 2 weeks prior to occupancy. All payments must be made by: Cash, Certified Check, or Money Order. *CREDIT CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED* A Security deposit is required for all rentals. It will be used to cover any damages, additional cleaning fee, and any other fees caused during your stay.
CLEANING/OCCUPANCY/LINEN: Normal cleaning is included in the rental rates. If cleaning exceeds normal rates, an additional fee will be charged. This rental property has a maximum occupancy. The rental may not be occupied by more than the # listed. Linens are not provided, so don't forget to bring your pillowcases, sheets, and towels.
MONTHLY, SEASONAL, & LONG TERM RENTALS: Rates do not include utilities. Renters are responsible for utilities during the rental period. *ALL RENTALS ARE NON-SMOKING, AND PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED OR PERMITTED ON THE PREMISES.* *CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event of a cancellation by the Lessee, all monies paid or due shall be earned and shall not be returned unless lease is replaced at no loss to owner. If lease is replaced at no loss to owner, the Owner(s) shall receive an administration fee of $100.00 from the lease. *RENTAL AGREEMENT is subject to the written acceptance and approval of the owner. LAKE NAOMI CLUB: GUEST BADGES ENTITLING BEARER TO USE THE FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE AT THE CLUB AT THEIR POSTED RATES (PAYABLE TO LAKE NAOMI CLUB).
