Our luxury 2 bedroom condo is located in the 5 star community of Windsor Hills. Located just off US 192 at mile marker 6, it is only 2 short miles to Disney and has amenities galore! This fabulous new resort features a lagoon style pool with walk-in access, water slide, dancing fountains and secluded hot tub. The clubhouse features a private cinema with regular showings of popular family favorites, pool tables, ping pong tables, video games, sundry shop and fitness center. There is also an enormous Castle themed playground and picnic area as well as outdoor tennis, basketball, volleyball courts and a putting green. This first floor condo is fully furnished with full kitchen, living room(with pullout sofa), dining area, screened lanai, master bedroom suite (queen bed), a second bedroom (2 twin beds and a double size futon), 2 full bathrooms as well as a washer/dryer in the unit. Stay connected with cable TV in 3 rooms, 2 DVD players, high speed Internet and free long distance in the US

Windsor Hills Resort is located a mile off of US 192 near mile marker 6. It is located adjacent to the Mystic Dunes Golf Club, which has been rated the number 2 golf course in Orlando, and 5 miles from Reunion and Champions Gate Courses. We are only two miles to World Drive (Disney). Seaworld is only 10 miles away and an easy drive straight up I-4. Buscg Gardens is only a 1 hour drive west to Tampa. The condo is located within minutes to numerous restaurants, golf courses, grocery stores, theaters, theme parks and shopping.

You may cancel your booking at any time up to or during the Rental Period. In the event that you exercises your right to cancel the following cancellation policy penalty rates of the Total Rental Fee (amount shown on booking confirmation) apply:
- Up to 30 Days prior to arrival, $50 administration fee plus tax
- Between 29 and 14 days prior to arrival, 25%
- Between 13 and 7 days prior to arrival, 50%.
- Between 6 and 3 days prior to arrival, 75%.
- Less than 2 days prior to your arrival, no refund.
