Park City House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates listed are for the Main House which sleeps 16. Additional Loft Rates are included below.
- • 30 % deposit of total rental cost with booking to hold rental.
• Rental cost payment in full and security deposit are required 45 days in advance of rental start date.
• Rent deposit/payment is non-refundable.
• Security deposit will be refunded within 5 business days after rental end date.
• Payment via Cash/check/wire transfer. - The Loft portion of the home can be rented out at an additional charge. Rates are below:
• April 15-Nov. 30, 2008-$175.00/night.
• Dec. 1-Dec. 21, 2008-$275.00/night.
• Dec. 22-Jan. 2, 2008-$350.00/night.
• Jan. 3-16 & Jan. 28-March 15, 2008-$275.00/night (excludes Sundance Film Festival-see below).
• Sundance Film Festival Jan 17 - Jan 27, 2008- $600/night (additional terms)
• $500.00 security deposit.
• All dates include additional $125.00 cleaning fee.
Additional Terms During Sundance Film Festival
- 7 night stay minimum required, plus $100.00 cleaning fee.
- $2,000.00 security deposit during Sundance Film Festival and special rental contract that limits the number of occupants to 12 people @ any one time, with provision to have 24 hour access by sheriff/police with on site eviction if in violation of any contract items/terms @ any time.
