- A $500 refundable security deposit is required
- Dates are given from the first day of rental to the last night stayed, so although the lease ends on Sunday, your last night is Saturday the night before. I can not book 2 days to two different parties. Rest asured, your stay doesn't end until Sunday at 10:00 a.m.
- This home is fairly new. A few years ago it was entirely gutted and renovated with new bamboo flooring, a granite and SS kitchen, recessed lighting, hard wired smoke detectors, new walls,ceilings, interior doors, fireplace surround, etc. At that time new furnishings and accessories were acquired, including a wall mounted HD flat screen TV. There is wireless internet and expanded cable tv service including sports, disney and National geographic channels. It also includes a DVR for recording shows when you're out and a DVD player. A landscape gardener will be tending the outside and there's trash pick-up 2 x week.

- There is one full bathroom upstairs and another bath in the basement. Although this 2nd bath is in working order, it isn't renovated, but is fully usable and also great for use after the beach.

- Bedrooms are roomy with a queen bed in each and a queen/twin bunk in the third. There are good sized windows for air and breezes and all rooms are equipped with fans. The air is usually cool at night and great for sleeping. This year, I will probably install air conditioning in 2 of the bedrooms. The bunk room doe not have standard windows

Notes:
This is a great area, near everything- the village, beaches, restaurants and the house is on a dead end street which ends out on a neck with a beach. You will mostly see joggers, bikers and people walking to and from the beach. The home is professionally cleaned between stays, landscaped and includes twie wekly trash pick up directly from shed. I leave a wellcome book.with menu's from many of the local restaurants, activities and services available, including whale watching trips, massage professionals, yoga studio's, health clubs, deep sea fishing and other notables.
