Orlando House Summary
This model home is located in Orange Tree on large corner lot next to children's play area and now features a full game room with pool table, air hockey and basketball games. It was the model home so it is furnished with elegance and has every amenity that you would need to make your stay very memorable. Every bedroom features a television and the ones in the twin bedrooms have dvd players. There are 2 master ensuites, one king bedroom with a private entrance to the pool deck and one queen bedroom. There is also a twin size bedroom that is ensuite with a private entrance to the pool deck, and the other 2 bedrooms are a queen bedroom and another twin bedroom with 2 twin beds.There is a large pool with spa and lanai area with table, chairs and loungers for your enjoyment especially after a long day at the parks. Come sit in the spa and enjoy the peace and quiet.

This villa is located 3 miles north of the intersection of Hwy 192 and US 27. It is located about 8 miles west of the Disney complex. It is also about 20 miles south of the intersection of US 27 and Highway 50 in Clermont. It is very conveniently located to the Disney complex and also to Interstate 4 that leads either to Tampa or Orlando.

Notes:
We furnish a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, complimentary soaps, trash bags and since this is a self catering house, you will be responsible for replenishing them after you use what is in the house.
If you desire a gas BBQ you can rent one that will be delivered to the house and then picked up after your departure. You are not allowed to use it on the pool deck or in the garage, it will have to be put outside the enclosure to be used.
They are very reliable and have been used by other guests.
