The Grey Fox Log Cabin is a newly constructed authentic log cabin, which has over 2400 sq. ft. of open living space, located on Beech Mountain, N.C. at 4500' elevation, nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Wake up in the morning to the sounds of nature and sit on the wrap around porch taking in the unobstructed views of Grandfather, Sugar and surrounding mountains. Just 2 miles from the slopes of Beech Mountain and 4 miles to Sugar Mountain, both mountains offer world class skiing, snowboarding , tubing and ice skating. Summer activities include numerous hiking trails, mountain horseback riding, white water rafting, fishing to name a few. In the Fall enjoy the beautiful foliage and many festivals. The fun stuff in the cabin consists of board games for the kids, a regulation size pool table and a air hockey table, both located in the playroom. Walk outside the master bedroom to a 6 person hot tub with lots of water jets to relax you, surrounded by the best mountain views of the area.

Cabin Vacation Renting: This is an authentic cedar log cabin with real mountain living. It is a quiet gated community at a 4500' elevation. During the day you will connect to nature by hearing and seeing many different animals. At night the stars are so bright and almost close enough to touch.

The High Country: There is no other place to vacation than in the high country. Beech mountain ski resort is the highest skiing on the east coast of the U.S. the area is clean and kept to a high standard. The area is safe and it has so many activities, you will love to come back and vacation here year after year.
